Is your team's psychological safety good enough?

As a sales leader, you lay the foundation for how well your team knows Psychological safety or not.

Psychological safety is the belief that you as an individual will not - be punished or humiliated for coming up with your ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes. Timothy Clark has written a book where he divides psychological safety into four phases - Inclusion safety (you make others feel included in the team; accepted for who they are) - Learner safety (you make others feel safe and motivated to learn ; dare to ask questions, get/give feedback, and dare to tell about mistakes) - Contributor safety (you make others feel safe to make a difference through their skills and expertise) - Challenger safety (you make others feel safe to challenge , questioning the current way of working when there is an opportunity for improvement) Or you can do like the clip "are you a leader or a follower...." //Success in increasing your team's psychological safety.
